Charcoal hearth

After the invention of fire, people trained to cook their food. Before that they ate their food without cooking. At the beginning they used fire wood. Then they used hearth with burning fire wood. Up to now people used that hearth for their cooking purpose. But it has some disadvantages. When using that hearth lot of soot will be deposited on pots. Lot of energy will be lost. Ash content is also high. Therefore we need a better solution. As solutions we can see saw dust hearth, pressure cooker, hot plate etc. But they are also having some failures.  

For a solution, has invented new charcoal hearth. It is more efficient than previous. It uses the technology of bellows. In this hearth we have used charcoal as the fuel. For domestic purpose we can make charcoal from coconut shells. For that should combust them without air (oxygen). To combust it first you should be made a pit on ground. Then the coconut shells are put into the pit and burned them. When it burns pit is covered with a metal sheet. After few hours we can obtain charcoal.

Calorific value of charcoal is higher than fire wood. Therefore we can obtain high energy from charcoal. The mechanism of this hearth is simple one. We have used an air flow through ignited charcoal. It helps to burn the charcoal. The hearth is insulated with a material made with clay. There is a small fan at one side to produce the air flow.

This hearth has more advantages. First one is it produces high energy. That energy is enough for cooking anything. Ash content is very low. Ash should be removed only once a month. No soot production and easy to clean pots. You may spend only Rs.5.00 for a month. It is efficient, Easy to use and economical.
